Your Data Control & Rights

At Selfhub AI LLC, we value your privacy. You have full ownership of your personal data and may request permanent deletion of your account and associated information at any time. Follow the steps below to complete your request.

How to Request Account Deletion

Method 1 (Recommended)

In-App Deletion (Immediate)

If you have the Selfhub AI or Selfhub Business app installed, you can delete your account directly inside the app:

  1. 1Open the Selfhub AI app on your mobile device.
  2. 2Sign in to the account you wish to delete.
  3. 3Navigate to the Profile tab in the navigation menu.
  4. 4Select Edit Profile or Account Settings.
  5. 5Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  6. 6Type DELETE to confirm. Your profile and session are erased instantly.

Data Specification & Retention Details

Types of Data Deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, the following data associated with your Selfhub profile is permanently purged or disassociated:

  • Profile Credentials: Name, registered email, phone number, password hash, and profile picture.
  • Social Authentication: Third-party OAuth links (Google, Apple) and access tokens.
  • App Preferences & Devices: Push notification device tokens, notification settings, and saved bookmarks.
  • Personal Notes & Reviews: Personal client notes and optional review author identifiers.

Data Retained & Retention Period

Certain non-personally identifiable or legally required records are retained as required by applicable federal, state, or financial regulations:

  • Financial & Invoice Records: Payment transaction receipts, tax records, and deposit receipts are retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
  • Anonymized Booking Ledger: Historical business appointment counts are retained in an anonymized format for business accounting without linking to your personal profile.
  • System Security Logs: Network audit logs and fraud detection records are automatically anonymized or deleted after 90 days.

Deletion Timeline & Turnaround

In-app deletion requests execute immediately. Requests submitted via web form or email are processed within 30 calendar days upon identity verification.
